Day 4/5 – ‘TOTAL TELEMARKETING’
I have always been fascinated by the coaching methods of the 1974 Dutch World Cup squad, which consequently gave birth to the term ‘Total Football’.
The theory was simple but hugely ambitious. Each individual player must have the necessary football skills to play in ANY other position on the field at any given time. Each player, in essence, would be the complete player.
When I sat down to write my bespoke #edtech training workshops, I took this philosophy and applied it to our own sector. For too long, it had been accepted that some executives were ‘rapport builders’ and some ‘closers’. This is now a thing of the past.
